10 Tips to Manage the Winter Blues

The winter blues are very common. Many of us may be experiencing a mood shift and you may find yourself feeling more lethargic and down overall. Here are ways to beat the winter blues.

1. Consume Vitamin D3 🌞

It functions as both a vitamin and a hormone – due to the effects it has on hormones, it’s thought to affect your mood by improving your sense of well-being.

For Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) the recommended dose is 1,000-5,000 IU.

Try and wear vibrant colors and fitted clothes to flatter your body and uplift your mood during winter! 

10. Take a Sunny Vacation to Beat the Winter Blues 🏝️
