A health coach seems like a service reserved for the wealthy and famous. But neither a reality show nor an entourage is required to receive the advantages of health coaching. A growing number of Americans are turning to these wellness advocates for assistance in abandoning unhealthy behaviors and adopting new, healthier ones.

What is a Health Coach?

A health coach is an advocate, advisor, and partner for your health. They assist you in implementing lifestyle modifications to enhance your physical health.

- What do you believe is reasonable?

- What is hindering you or what obstacles could you confront in carrying out your plan?

- How is your domestic life?

- What strategy can we devise to ensure that you continue to consume more fruits and vegetables?

Why Do You Need a Health Coach?

Change is often challenging, even when it is something we want. Occasionally it seems outright impossible. Research demonstrates that the advantage of health coaching is having someone in your corner to support you through it.


A research revealed that those who underwent three months of health coaching benefited significantly:


- Blood pressure

- Cholesterol

- Glucose (blood sugar)

- Triglycerolipids (blood fat)

- Body weight

- Cardiovascular fitness


When you feel like nothing you've done on your own has worked, a health coach may help. Or provide a boost if you are feeling overwhelmed, disheartened, or pressed for time.


A health coach provides:


- Accountability. Knowing that you must report your progress to another person might provide the motivation you need to go ahead.


- When you're having a bad day, health coaches work as cheerleaders to boost your spirits.


- A health coach provides unconditional support and does not evaluate your activities. They assist you to determine what works and what doesn't when it comes to achieving your objectives.
